ABSTRACT
Human resources management is a wide area of management full of controversies. It is one of the most delicate function as it deals with proper engagement of the human factor in the work place, his behavior, goals and aspiration.
This research work is based in area concerning delegation, workers motivation, job design existence and proper understanding of informal groups within the organization.
No man could be an island to himself, as man is a social being that interact, influence and is influenced by actions and decisions of other. Human resource management involves a good deader, conducive work environment and a good job to produce a motivated employee. A result oriented approach to employee relation require management skills in identifying problems, setting priorities and developing evaluating alternative, as well as the ability to communicate, initiate action, implement it, measure it, control it and change. Its course as when necessary.
This research work is limited to Enugu, branch of the federal mortgage Bank of Nigeria. It is hoped to be of immense assistance to other students, members of the public, management of federal mortgage Bank of Nigeria and its workers and other organization in the same field.
