ABSTRACT
The problem of inadequate accommodation has incubated a lot of problems, which adversely affect the student physically, socially and psychologically. This problem has endued that it must not be capable of providing adequate womtres accommodation and basic recreational facilities such as electricity, toilets, library to mention but a few.
Thus, in turn, constitutes and impediments to the realization of academic objective to our undergraduates in polytechnics and universities of which the institute of management and technology (IMT) is one of such adversely affected institution.
In course of this research, we hope to come with cause and effect which will inform our recommendation hopefully, both management and government will in list our ideas in finding last solution to the student’s problems.
