ABSTRACT
Management in all business organization seeks to make use of human and material resources to achieve it goals & objectives. Are these goals, objectives attain at the expense of their employees or is it as a result of contributes effort of their employees? The aim of this research work is to find out if management seeks to imbibe the motivational concept in it operation. Is employees’ satisfaction part of management goals & objective being sort after.
Chapter one contains a general discussion on the basic assumption of man’s nature. It went further to state the problem to be studied and why this study was carried out. The scope and limitation of the study and finally the propositions and the department of terms.
Chapter two, took a review of some related literature which include;
a.Definition of motivation from renamed motivational authors.
b.School of thought within and those relevant to the subject and a summary there to.
The last chapter, shows a presentation of related variables which could be use to evaluate human behaviour in an enterprise through careful analysis of data using questionnaires and table presentation, recommendation where thus given and conclusive resolve reached.
