ABSTRACT
The needs for the re-appraising training and development in our companies (public sector organization) is apparent.
Therefore this work is a research study on the “impact of training on employees performance in ANAMMCO†with a view to investigating the system and practice of training of it’s human resources.
The background study, statement of the problem definition, significance of the study, scope of the study and definition of terms were stated. Moreover a detailed by concern review of literature pertinent to the subject matter was discussed. The importance and need for training research methodology source of data, location of data, method of investigation was followed by research work was discussed analysis and discussion of findings.
Conclusion and recommendation were looked into with a view to ascertaining the “Impact of training on employees performance in the organization.
The study was carried out through personal interview with the help of questionnaires. The study made a lot of findings about the subject matter which includes the fact hat training is a regular activity in the organization it was also established that training enhance job performance as well as workers morals.
On completion of this study, it was recommendation that the organization should make use of qualified and experienced trainers for its internal training and enables majority of its employees to benefit from the programme. It was also recommended that the employees should be given adequate opportunity to practice what they have learnt during training as well given due and timely promotion and advancement.
