ABSTRACT
Human Resources Management is a very wide area of management fertile with controversies. Its wideness and the fact that it deals with the proper engagement of the human factor in the work place, his behaviour, goals and aspirations make it one of the most delicate functions. This research work was limited to area concerning delegation, workers motivation, job design existence and proper understanding of informal groups within the organization. This aspect cannot be ignored since human beings are social creative who interact, influence and are influenced by the actions and decision of other. This is the major concerns and qualities of a good personnel manager.
Every business enterprise, big or small public or private, attempt to initial and formulate certain Human Resources Development. With a view to attaining the set goal and increase production and establish good co-operate image on the eyes of the public.
The most management problems lies in the organization misuse of human resources. In most cases, this is not deliberates but is a problem of inattention resulting from lack of knowledge of how to identify the real courses of those problem.
It is for this reason that this research effort will attempt to identify these problems and find a suitable way for solving it in small scale industry / business in Nigeria through studying a particular business enter price.
