ABSTRACT
In a real sense, business is like a “famous three leaped stool for three important elements make up any enterprises money, material and people, but it is often people.
The human element that is often responsible for the success of the organization. It is always very common to succour a situation where the completing firm buy their material from one market and source their money from he same source and employ their personnel in the same area and yet one company is more profitable than the other. A cheek of such circumstances often reveals that the difference in the profit pictures is due to the fact that one company has a thoroughly satisfied advantage and productive group of employees. In other words, people determine the degree of success employed by an enterprise.
It’s a firm belief approach to staff or personnel function and a strict adherence to its principles will result in greater managerial and organizational effectiveness apart from contributing significantly to the improvement of a management style.
