ABSTRACT
The tendency of entrepreneurs at the present day, to site industries in particular areas gives rise to consideration of certain locating factors that can hundred the entrepreneur in the choice of industrials sites.
The main objective of this research work is to find out the problems facing entrepreneur in the choice of industrial sites in Aguata, Anambra State, Nigeria. For this reason, eight research questions are raised to guide the study while fourteen questions for the structured oral interview over used for data of Anambra State are selected for this research work. This text is divided into five chapters.
The first chapter focuses on the introduction – concept of industrialization, statement of the problem – factors that constitute the entrepreneurs’ problems in sitting an industry; purpose of the study. To find out the problems that entrepreneurs encounter in choosing their areas of industrial sites, significance of the study the merits of sitting an industry in Aguata local government area; scope of limitations problems that face research in the course of writing the research work; and definition of terms meaning of words as they are used in the research work. He second chapter stresses on literature review-the review of the related literature.
Chapter three strikes on findings those problems that constitute to the hindrances of enterprises in the choice of industrial sites, recommendations-way of combating the entrepreneurs’ problems in choosing of industries sites, and conclusion-the summary of the research work.
The information contained in this research work is based on deductions from the researches elaborate readings and observation.
Although we have strive to produce as far as humanly possible a prefect work, we realize human limitations, and therefore accepts any criticism which may occur.
