ABSTRACT
A computer is an electronic devices which is under the control of instruction (programmes) stored in its memory, has the ability to accept input, process the input, produce required output and also store information or data for future use or reference.
The important of information to the general success of any organization should not over emphasized. This I because information is a lubricant that keeps organization going, hence no information, no organization.
The chapter one of this project topic or project work will deal with the introduction, background of the study, statement of the problem, objective of the study scope and limitation of the study, significance of the study and definition of the terms.
Chapter two of this project work deals with the literature review of the topic. A central management objective is getting effective result with people. The study is to bring the notice. The importance of computer in the organization necessary for general growth of profitability level of the organization such as Shell Plc (Port Harcourt Refinery) in these organization.
Chapter three deals with, data analysis presentation, Recommendation and conclusion. And for the research to have a solid base, data has to be collected from both primary and secondary sources of information and have to analyze with much statistical models such as descriptive method, percentage bar chart will be applied.
