ABSTRACT
The first through that comes to mind when setting up a business is to make project. It is when the aim is achieved that a business is termed successful. However, several years back and till present time, we observed that many business fall in Edo State.
The causes of business failure are numerous and the has made many businesses to fail and hundred the growth of the ceremony. This to analytically examine and objective analyses these causes to guide against future occurrence of business failure.
The topic of this project is “The major causes of business failure in Edo State is designed to finds out reason for regular business failures.
An attempt has been made to look into the reasons for business failure in Edo State, with special reference to Okpella cement Fadring. An intensive review of existing. Literature on relevant subjects have been examined to provide a sound based for solution and comparison.
It is our view, that the recommendations if properly implemented will be of great help to coming generation of students and businessmen.
