ABSTRACT
The research topic is on promotion appraisal scheme and its impact on worker’s performance in Nigerian organization. The study examines performance appraisal scheme as a means of improving employees’ productivity. Generally, the study investigated how human element combines the financial, natural and human resources of the enterprise to achieve the goals. It also examines if performance appraisal scheme have any relationship to the employee productivity. In order to achieve the stated above objectives, the researcher distributed questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed by the use of percentages. The hypothesis generated were tested with Chi-square statistics.
