The Effects Of Poor Office Environment On The Motivation Of Workers In An Organisation (a Case Study Of Enugu North Local Government Area Of Enugu State)

The objective and aim of this dissertation is to examine the “Effect of poor office environment on the motivation of workers in an organization (A case study of Enugu North Local Government Area of Enugu State).

This study was designed to find out if or whether poor office environment has any effects on the motivation of workers in Enugu North Local Government.  In carrying out this investigations, some research questionnaire to the staff of the organization where the investigation was carried out.  The responses were supplied by the respondents and they were analysed using simple percentages and chi-square for which conclusion were made on the basis of the findings.
