ABSTRACT
Trade Union as well all know is an association of workers whose main aim is to protect the interest of its members.
This study was carried out on the history, process of operation and organization of Joint Action Committee of Trade Union in Enugu State.
The first chapter gave an insight of what trade Union is all about.
The second chapter looked into the origin of trade Union, historical development of trade Union and soon.
Finally, the third chapter deals with the presentation of data, analysis of data, and recommendation respectively.
