The Impact Of Poor Office Environment On The Morale Of Workers In An Organisation (a Case Study Of Enugu East Local Government Area Of Enugu State

This study is an investigation into the impact at poor office environment on the morale of workers in an organization; (A case study of Enugu East local government area of Enugu State).

The study has designed to find out if or whether poor workers in Enugu East local government.

In carrying out the investigation, some research questioned though the distribution of questionnaires to the study of the organization where the investigation was carried out.  The responses were supplied by the respondents and they were analyzed using simple percentage for which concluding were data and later recommendations were made on the basis of the findings.  The results of this, shows that poor office environment has a negative effects on the morale of workers in Enugu East Local government.

In conclusion good office environment will motivate workers to increase the pace of work and also heighten the morale of workers and thereby ensure high productivity.
