Motivation Of Workers And Productivity Of Public Sector (a Case Study Of Nigeria Television Authority Enugu)

ABSTRACT 

The major objectives of this research work are to find out the motivation of workers productivity in public sectors. 

The project identified the factors responsible for motivation of workers productivity in public sector such as N. T. A. in dealing with the objective of this project primary data were collected by using questionnaires and secondary data were collected directly from educational journals, textbooks and Newspapers. 

The research work is divided into three parts or chapters. There first part discussed the general introduction, background of the study and background information of motivation workers productivity in pubic sector. Chapter two deals with the review of related literature. 

Finally, part three treated the problems workers encounter on hand they can be motivated so that there will be increase in productivity.
