PREFACE
This project work is principally based on a clear exposition of problems facing government owned enterprise in Enugu and Techniques, which are propounded to the solution of these problems. The authors have brought their very considerable experience by analyzing the rationale from these techniques and providing clear step-by-steps solution to the problems stated.
The authors hope that this project will enable government know the problems and solution facing their enterprise in Enugu State.
This project is arrange in such a way that one chapter flows and naturally lead to another. Organized in three chapters the study starts with the introduction of subject matter, chapter two the literature review of subject matter and chapter three concluded, and recommendation to the government.
Generally this work is an ideal on how the government of Enugu state will able to solve the problems facing its enterprise.
