ABSTRACT
This is basically on the need of employee’s motivation in the Local Government service for Akwanga Local Government of Nasarawa State. This research work therefore, spans to five selected section. The first section in the introduction of the research work, following by the concepts and definition, research methodology, data presentation and analysis, findings, summary, conclusion and recommendation. The first section, the introduction of the project, the researcher earlier defined motivation and the important techniques that should be adopted by all section of the economy in which Local Government are not exception. The second section, mention the state of need deficiency which makes a person to have a particular manners or develop a capacity for the certain types of behaviour. The section three, this is the method adopted in collecting the necessary information. The section four, in this section, the researcher is talking about the data used, various statistical tools used in representing the processed data which are in the table. The last section i.e. sections five, this is the cost section, and it consists of the finding, summary, conclusion and recommendation in relation for the forgoing sections.
