This study was motivated by the need to establish whether Suns Electronics Company (S E C) implement or practice the effect of inventory management of the viability of a company
The customers and personal of some Suns Electronics Company were in the study. The research instrument used for data collection were mainly questionnaires and interview guide
Data collection were organized and analyzed by percentages. The research questions were answered loosed on the data in the table. Data analysis and interpretation produced the following findings.
The company inventory control enhances organizational viability in both nails and generally steeds manufacturing industry limited and standard Polly plastic industries limited. The company inventory control is very unique in applying
The company personnel to not reflect implantation of effect of inventory management on the viability of a company in their behavior foulards customers.
־ Customers spends too much to buy product from them
־ Computerization in the company is still not working effectively
־ The quality of service given to customers is not satisfactory based on the funding the following recommendation are pout for ward to improve on the qualify of the company.
־ Firstly the company should redesign its inventory control system in such a way that some holding and ordering cost items like insurance opportunity cost per order can be include while calculating its economic order quantity
־ Secondly the form should endeavor to maintain a minimum level of inventory so that funds could be released and applied to other income generating operations.
־ Thirdly there are sometimes cases of material losses due to kitchen store canteen staff stealing
־ Fourthly monitoring staffs to ensure that they usually implement inventory control.
־ Finally through the nature of lousiness carried out by the firm makes it hard to follow a stretchy accounting system of inventory management on the viability of a company always as controlling stock by intention or guess work does not help the firm in ensuring an efficient and effective stock level.
