ABSTRACT
The need for increase productivity in our industries totally cannot be over emphasized. This is evidenced by the development of new technology to the inquest level. It is worthy to note that to achieve this level, man is needed in concert with other resources.
However, Man’s behaviour cannot be objectively provided given the complexity of intervening variable that to a large extent determined his behaviour. But there is a general belief that the ability of man to push up productivity on the industry of company depends on how satisfied he is, whether this is true or not is the issue that this research is designed to find out.
Thus, this research project intends to find out if there is any relationship between job satisfaction and productivity. If there is, what kind of relationship.
Standard trust bank Plc was chosen as a case study in other to effectively carry out the study data was collected by the use of self administered questionnaire.
Finally to carry out a successful research work, this study will be divided into five chapters and each of the chapters will be exhaustively and clearly dealt with in the main text of the study.
