ABSTRACT
Small scale industries have encounter many problems in their operations and managerial problems are not left out. That is why this research work intends to deal with some of the effect of management problems on the development of small scale industries with much emphasis on ANCCOR Foods and packaging company Ltd Enugu.
In this research work, attempt has been made to define the problems involved in the study, the purpose and significance of the study which is the basis for carrying out the research work. In addition, some important terms will be defined.
Furthermore, some elated literature will be reviewed, that is the opinions of experts on the subject matter. It will also deal with the research methodology to be adopted in carrying out the survey, source of data and method of analysis will be discussed.
The findings of this study will also be analyzed and interpreted. Finally, the summary of the findings from the questionnaire returned will be made necessary, conclusion drawn, implication, recommendation, and suggestions for further research will be stated in this research work.
