The study sample comprised of 100 students drawn from the 10 selected secondary schools based on random sampling technique. A self-structured achievement test of 20 items was designed and administered by the computer teachers of the selected secondary schools as a means of data collection. The statistical tool adopted in the data analysis were the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and lastly, Z-test to test the research hypotheses. The findings of this research clearly shows that, there is a significant
difference between the mean score of students who study computer in an ICT compliant school and those who do not. Also, following theinference of the analysis the second alternate hypothesis which states that, there is a significant difference between the relationship of students in an ICT Compliant school and those who are not, were upheld.
