RESEARCH PROPOSAL
An examination of the problem and prospects of financial state government through the capital market centers mainly on how banks and other institutions that deals on long term projects financing assist the state government in carrying out their projects.
The researcher intended to dissolve the background of the study, statement of problems, limitation, objectives of study, scope and also define some term as used in the research.
