(iii) Whether mergers have achieved cost efficiency through economics of scales.
(iv) The management of post mergers
(v) Its impact in the economic development in Nigeria.
In the absence of any definite statement, wide ranging views emanated according to the varying prospective of those concerned.
In this type of situation, it is expedient that something must done about it.
