Speaking on what petroleum products scarcity has done to our economy Dappa (1997) said the estimated loose by government and the entire citizens exceeded beyond the financial computation by government officials and oil industry analysis. According to Jayesiru (1999) petroleum product scarcity simple paralyze economic activities and ultimately force up the prices of goods and services. All those simply signal a doom for the Nigeria economy.
