PREFACE
Election in any country is not conducted in any-how-way. There are procedures in which elections are conducted. Elections must be carried out in any country that long for peace, unity and stability. But it is unfortunate that elections has turn out to be something else, instead of a positive result, it brings out negative result which a times claims lives and properties. All these are caused by our so-called leaders, a times when they loose elections, instead of taking things the way they are, they resorted into rioting and killing. Never the less, we have bodies which are responsible for any election carried out in any country and this bodies has organized processes of conducting elections whereby trying to avoid political violence. However, as we proceed, we are going to know more about these electoral processes and political violence using the April 2011 election as a case study.
