    While in school it is important you get the right skills before graduating. With these skills you stand a better chance facing life after school and succeeding. Almost everyone agrees school alone is not enough to guarantee one success in life.

    So what are the important skills you should get before you leave school for the work life?

    1. Speaking Skills

    You are going to do a lot of communicating with other people and knowing how to speak before others is essential.     Many graduates leave school without this important skill. Problem solving is what you will likely do in your first job when you leave school. YOu should learn to look at problems and think of solutions to the problems you are asked to solve. You should learn to analyse – understand why soemthings happen, understand processes and look for ways to improve things to yield better results.
